How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your address. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you created an account at checkout, your orders and their status are also listed under your account page.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. The exact amount is always shown before payment, with no surprises afterwards.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unworn and still has its original tags. Write to us with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to display it.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements for that specific piece. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going up for a looser fit. Still unsure? Send us your measurements and we will advise.
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label sewn into each garment. As a general rule, wash cold, turn delicate fabrics inside out, skip the dryer and iron on low heat. This keeps colour and shape far longer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major credit and debit cards plus the express checkout options shown at payment. Every transaction runs over an encrypted connection and we never store your card details.
